Marta is an exceptional instructor who is extremely skilled at performing Pilates, and enthusiastic to share her knowledge and help others acheive a higher level of functioning. The courses were very well organized, with small class sizes to afford appropriate feedback on technique. Each fundamental and exercise was presented with demonstrations and discussion about purpose, and where appropriate modifications and progressions were suggested.
