I feel that the dancing Pilates is a healing methodology that is holistic and based in grounded movement principles. It is regenerative and enlightening and connects rhythms in the body to natural movement patterns.  It creates a sense of trust in the wisdom of the body to discover itself in movement and develops an inner state of flow and entrainment to the pulse of one's being. Such a gift.
