As a Registered Massage Therapist I wanted to take your course to remind me of the intricacies of the human body and how we move and hold ourselves. These are things I try to pass on to my clients, to truly connect with our bodies, be kind to our bodies and move well, with intention. You showed me that and so much more. I'm truly grateful for your ability to help me feel and connect with my body so I can pass that understanding on to my clients. It's a wonderFULL thing!!

You truly helped me bring it in to the little things. Connecting to the strength to keeping movement small, really connecting to each part we were working on and connecting the parts in a very real palpable way. You reminded me of the importance of bringing it "in", slowing down, to a feeling level that was very real and gave a lot of strength back. I feel that the dancing Pilates is a healing methodology that is holistic and based in grounded movement principles. It is regenerative and enlightening and connects rhythms in the body to natural movement patterns.  It creates a sense of trust in the wisdom of the body to discover itself in movement and develops an inner state of flow and entrainment to the pulse of one's being. Such a gift.

I just wanted to say what a fabulous experience it was to go to your Initiation 101 Pilates teacher training. I knew you were an amazing teacher but to go through this course with you was such a unique experience. I feel so many things but grateful comes to mind first and foremost. I cannot wait for the rest of the courses.
